As if now this option is not available in Microsoft Edge browser. So, I suggest you to report about this bug in Windows 10 feedback app.
To do so you can follow this below steps:
- Type 'Windows Feedback' in the search box of Windows 10 system.
- From the search results shown, select the option for Windows Feedback app and launch it.
- As a mandatory step, please check the existing Windows 10 feedback reports and bug reports to make sure your identified issue or bug is not already present in them.
- If your bug or feedback is already mentioned by someone else, you can click on the 'Me too' option which informs Microsoft that even you have faced similar issue / bug.
- In case of a new bug, feel elated that you found one and using the 'New Feedback' option specify the relevant details clearly (possibly by making use of some screenshots for clarity).
- Once you are sure that you have shared all possible details about the issue you found with some Windows 10 functionality or feature, click on the 'Submit' option to share your valuable feedback with Microsoft.
The above step-by-step guide on using Windows Feedback app will help you to report any new error or bug with the Microsoft Windows 10 Preview features. Please feel free to share any bugs that you may come across and may possibly have reported the same using this Feedback app.

I am asking because I want to know this the feature of RSS feeds reading is available for the new Microsoft Edge Browser.

I tend to say no.
Windows 8 and 10 more or less based on APPs.
RSS Feeds with an App, yes.
RSS Feeds within the browser? I am not sure, but I would say no.
The only problem that I see here is, that the browser detect RSS from a website automatic most times, an RSS APP or RSS Reader normaly need an RSS-URL. But a lot of sites not show the RSS-URL elsewhere.

sorry if it's a bit late, but with the new Home screen for Microsoft Edge, what about put news about your RSS feeds you subscribe with (like in IE) instead of random news?

The only reason why I use Internet Explorer instead of Chrome is because of IE's support of the Windows RSS Platform.
It would be a shame if they don't come with a viable solution/alternative ...

I am still using IE11, even on Windows 10, simply because I have yet to find a better RSS reader. All the apps I have tried are either buggy, present the information poorly, or require that I have a Feedly account (which I refuse to sign up for).
IE11's RSS reader is a model of simplicity, clarity, and it works. Microsoft really should add this functionality to Edge, but I fear that they will not, and simply drop IE11.

I think the easiest and best way for Microsoft to do this would be to integrate it with favorites. An RSS feed should be able to be a favorite that would become bold when a new feed entry is available. Autodetection of feeds on a webpage is so nice and it only takes one icon for that. With such minimal interference to the UI, why drop such a great feature? Then allow syncing of unvisited feed entries on all devices.
